This is your hair ritual, on your terms. Subscribe + Save allows you to schedule your TYPEBEA deliveries (so you always have your hair heroes on washday). Plus, you’ll receive a discount of 15% on single products, and 20% on kits in the process. You can choose to get your products sent to you every 30, 60 or 90 days. On the product page, click the *Subscribe & Save* option and select your preferred delivery schedule.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You absolutely can. You’re free to cancel at any time. Just login to your customer portal and cancel or reach out to hello@typebea.com, and we'll process the cancellation for you.

CAN I SWAP AN ITEM ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We get it – you want to change up your hair routine. If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you can do so on your customer portal whenever you’d like. Not only can you swap your subscription order, but you can also update your next subscription date, the quantity of your order, delivery schedule, payment and shipping details. If you have trouble accessing your account or want us to make these changes for you, please email hello@typebea.com.

CAN I SKIP MY NEXT SUBSCRIPTION OR PLACE ON HOLD?

Yes, you can. If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you can manage the date, frequency, product, payment method and shipping details in your customer portal. Alternatively, we can update this on your behalf, please email hello@typebea.com.

DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD?

No you don't. Swap, pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your customer portal.
